Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents.
- Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works.
- Professional telephone handling incoming and outgoing calls and call transfers.
- To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
- Have the ability to arrange events (seminar/conference/others), translation (bahasa malaysia and english), able to write, prepare letters and compile meeting minutes.
- Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the manager. To maintain proper filing system as per the head office guidelines.
- To maintain proper recording of stock and inventory.
- To ensure availability of all forms and documents and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times.
- Provide backup support to kiosk team (including weekends and public holidays) when needed.
- Schedule and organize department activities.
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties with mínimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies.
- Track all documents for approval and signage.
- Maintain office facilities as needed.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of files and filing systems

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Willing to support KIOKS when needed during weekend (Replacement Leave will be provided)
- Able to work independently
