This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at LEAD Xcelerator. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business relationships and enhancing existing partnerships. He or She will also be responsible for maintaining and nurturing the professional community and staying-up-to date with the latest trends.

This is a hybrid role and the Business Development Manager will be expected to work at the office or event venues when required.

**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing**
- Market LEAD Xcelerator products to potential clients and follow up with them on potential opportunities

**Client Relationships**
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with corporate clients.
- Attend LEAD Xcelerator events and programs (virtual and in person) to grow the working relationships with participants.
- Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase the company's training solutions, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential clients.

**Business Development**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue including finding sponsorships and partnerships.
- Identify and target potential clients, establish relationships, and convert leads into long-term business partnerships on learning and development initiatives.
- Identify and present relevant business solutions to meet the corporate client’s requirements / budget.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through sourcing, negotiating and winning corporate accounts to generate effective revenue.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.

**Job Requirements**
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, training events and business development activities as required.
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a business development role, preferably in a training or education-related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing.
- Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Existing network with Malaysian MNCs and government agencies is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a team environment and to deliver high-quality results on time
