Handling all private secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters, and managing Chief Executive Officer personal matter.
- To manage meeting schedules, correspondences, reports, call screening, travel arrangements, handling private and confidential matters.
- Have abilIty to control and maintain multi-task efficiently.
- Follow-up and report to the Chief Executive Officer on urgent matters and issues raised during meetings.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
- Pleasant personality and ability to work independently and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time.
- Computer literate - Microsoft Window, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both English & Mandarin.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
