Internship for Business and Office Administrator

Assist in formal business meetings with clients
- Contribute ideas in business proposals, business development, approaches etc.
- Prepare Documents before and after, that are related to meetings or any discussion
- Word documents, or presentation slides, such as business proposals, quotations, invoices, etc
- Book keeping of all official, financial and accounting documents, including all receipts or invoices.
**Requirement**:
- Able to communicate and write well in English. More languages are additional advantages.
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
- Logical thinking and business sense.
- Great conversational skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Knowledge in business development, marketing, accounting or finance are an added advantage.
**Working Mode**:
- Flexible working hour between 9am-6pm
- Work laptop provided
