We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative tasks while contributing to the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files and records.
- Support the HR department in various tasks, such as scheduling interviews, updating employee records, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining databases.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
