As a Confinement Sales & Business Development Executive, you will work together with the Sales and Management Team to promote and sell our confinement packages. Your core tasks will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Be able to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to customers.
- Use product knowledge to make relevant recommendations and increase customer satisfaction.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of our confinement food menu, ingredients, dietary requirements and delivery policies.
- Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their deliveries and address any delivery-related concerns.
- Keep up with the market trends and develop marketing strategies to support the business expansion.
- Maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure future sales and repeat business.
- To be actively involved in the search for business opportunities and new marketing tools to increase sales and ultimately improve the profitability of the Confinement Centre.
- Establish sponsorships and cobranding opportunities with infant products.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent. Prior sales and BD experience is an advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proactive in resolving customer issues and providing appropriate solutions.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle order management and record-keeping efficiently.
- Knowledge of confinement food traditions, dietary requirements, and postpartum care is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proficient with using customer support software and systems is advantageous. Microsoft Excel knowledge is necessary.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Fluency in English is essential

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
