**Job Summary**:
As the leader of the dealer management team, this role plays a crucial part in overseeing prepaid and postpaid business operations within the region. Responsible for operational re-engineering and information system development, the incumbent drives value enhancement across departments at U Mobile.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise distributor performance and portfolio management in designated areas/regions.
- Provide extensive system support to distributors, managing network operations and activation processes.
- Coordinate trade marketing efforts, including event organization, signage management, and POSM evaluation.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Indirect Channel sales strategy to expand UM touchpoints.
- Strengthen dealer loyalty through comprehensive activations and training sessions.
- Monitor market movements through continuous market intelligence gathering.
- Lead, mentor, and manage team productivity and communication effectively.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and requirements to meet sales objectives.
- Ensure compliance and productivity in dealership management, including dealership approval within designated areas.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Telco-related environments, with at least 5 years in sales team management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
