We are on the lookout for experienced Recruitment professionals to work with us as freelance recruiters and manage a host of assigned searches.

**Location**

Iconik Co-Working Space, Icon City, PJ

**Remuneration**

Commission-based for every successful placement

**What will you do?**
- Work with Recruitment Lead to establish hiring specifications of clients
- Coordinate with clients to manage interview arrangements
- Update relevant stakeholders on the status and progress

**Who are we looking for?**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 years of related working experience in hiring for mid to senior level positions
- Sales-driven with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, able to juggle multiple tasks and cope in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in a team and independently with mínimal supervision
