Administrative Coordinator Intern

Administrative coordinator interns will assist in the planning and coordination of digital consulting and recruitment projects. You will generally have an active role in the planning process, working directly with TQ’s operations team, digital consultants and recruitment coordinators to handle clerical and administrative duties and ensure proper implementation of plans and strategies. You must possess a strong willingness to learn and show initiative in the course of your internship.
Here are some ways you will be working together with us at TQ:
- Assisting in communicating with external partners, freelance professionals, digitalisation volunteers and vendors about digital consulting or recruitment projects, events or campaign expectations and goals
- Working within assigned deadlines to ensure events or projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Liaising with third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, volunteers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success

Part-time hours: 44 per week
**Salary**: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per hour
