Administrative Support Coordinator

The Administrative Support Coordinator role at SEGi University & Colleges is a vital position that requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. As the right-hand person to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for maintaining a seamless support service for their daily schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the superior's diary and coordinating relevant paperwork.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the superior, including regular one-to-one sessions with direct reports.
- Preparing meeting papers, briefing materials, and presentations as required.
- Liaising effectively with internal divisions/departments and external organisations on behalf of the superior.
- Advising the superior on impending work deadlines for both internal and external commitments.
- Ensuring the smooth flow of information around the office, including action monitoring to achieve deadlines and project milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken English skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Able to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to multitask.
- Superior time-management and organisational skills.
