Administrative Support Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our commercial operation team at Servier Portugal.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative, clerical support, and insights to effectively manage sales enquires and orders, record keeping and data management, as well as coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enquiry and Order Processing: Handle sales and pricing enquiries, prepare quotations and tender requests, process orders, monitor order status, and communicate with customers and the sales team.
- Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of sales orders, sample order forms, pricing requests, and related documentation.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with tendering agents, customers, and distributors on pricing, quotations, stock status, and relevant sales-related information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in a related field.
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably with a focus on sales support and order entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and document preparation.
