Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries, ensuring professional communication.
  3. Assist in maintaining statutory records and registers in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Manage client records and handle sensitive corporate documents with confidentiality.
  5. Coordinate the preparation and submission of statutory forms and resolutions.
  6. Handle scheduling of board meetings and other corporate events.
  7. Liaise with stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  8. Monitor deadlines for regulatory obligations.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum SPM or STPM qualification.
  2. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  3. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  4. Independent and self-motivated individual.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy-oriented.
