Sales and Administrative Coordinator

We seek a highly skilled Sales and Administrative Coordinator to support our commercial operation department in achieving its goals and vision.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative, clerical support, and insights to effectively manage sales enquires and orders, record keeping and data management, as well as coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enquiry and Order Processing: Handle sales and pricing enquiries, prepare quotations and tender requests, process orders, monitor order status, and communicate with customers and the sales team.
- Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of sales orders, sample order forms, pricing requests, and related documentation.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Liaise with tendering agents, customers, and distributors on pricing, quotations, stock status, and relevant sales-related information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in a related field.
- Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably with a focus on sales support and order entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and document preparation.
