Working Hours:
**Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm**
**Saturday, 8.30am - 1.00pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage workshop activities and workshop staff daily affairs
- Ensure statutory compliance of all trucks on the road
- Manage / liaise / deal / coordinate all trucks R&M activities with the Load Planning
Team & external or 3rd party vendors / workshops
- Monitor and manage all trucks R&M activities performance in own / vendor / 3rd party workshops
- Implementation, execution and monitoring of periodic preventive maintenance programs for company trucks
- Monitor and manage on parts / tyres truck inventory
- Attend all truck breakdowns & follow through the repairs
- Track & monitor cost on all trucks R&M related activities
- Initiate / make recommendation & execute cost saving initiatives in all trucks R&M related activities for continuous cost & efficiency optimization

**Experience Needed**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a technical workshop environment or related fields.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong technical background with expertise in service and repair operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of industry-specific safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in SQL software will be considered advantageous

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
