**Qualification and Skills**:
- At least a Diploma and above.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant with a mature and trusted approach.
- Basic accounting & HR knowledge will be added advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in office software and tools, displaying advanced organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Impeccable attention to detail, commitment to quality work, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
