Assistant Admin

**Accounts & Finance**:
- Maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software such as Netsuite and AutoCount.
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately to ensure financial transparency.
- Updating the invoice logbook promptly after creating invoices to track financial activities.
- Checking bank statements transactions with community receipts and payment receivable for accuracy.
- Tracking and ensuring timely payment of office bills to avoid disruptions.
- Handling filing responsibilities to maintain organized financial documentation.
- Assist with audit review and ensure that adequate supporting documentation is available for review.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing payment vouchers, generating reports and statements, filing paperwork, and liaising with clients on payment matters.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate manager.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Netsuite and AutoCount. Knowledge on Clinic Assist will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work one full Saturday a month to meet business needs.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
