Admin Assistant/executive

**Maintenance Dept**:
- Assist in providing administrative, clerical support to operations department such as scanning, filing, and etc.
- Answer phone calls and provide general support to visitors if needed.
- Assist in taking minute meeting. x Assist in arranging, follow up and update records of the operations department to ensure smooth operations in the restaurants at all times.
- Assist in calling contractor, supplier, mall management whenever there is any issue in outlets.
- Assist the operations department to work across departments in the Company to ensure timelines are adhered to and delays are avoided or minimized (e.g. recruitment, purchasing, marketing, etc).
- Assist with invoices, billing related to operations performance.
- Perform any other duties and responsibility that will be assigned from time to time that are related to your role as Operations Admin Assistant and company's business
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
**Admin Dept**:
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in tenancy matters for outlets and hostels such as master listing update, inventory listing, inspection, etc.
- Assist in company assets such as mobile phones and vehicles (including road tax and insurance).
- Perform receptionist duty by answering phone calls and provide general support to visitors if needed.
- Perform any other duties and responsibility that will be assigned from time to time that are related to the role as Admin Assistant and Company’s business.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in multiple languages (English, Bahasa and Mandarin)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
