**Minimum requirements**
- Diploma holder in any discipline.
- At least 1 years of working experience.
**Job purpose**
Responsible for a variety of clerical duties within the administration and procurement functions in the admin department.
**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- To assist Admin Officer in taking charge of local purchase/orders/quotation
- To assist in the issuance of instructions regarding local purchase and orders/quotation
- To assist in maintaining and updating local purchase/orders/quotation
- To generate and process local purchase/orders/quotation
- To maintain and update E-Perolehan system & University Portal
- To process good acceptance note.
- Update and maintain supplier performance evaluation exercise.
- To act as receptionist as and when required.
- To perform miscellaneous clerical tasks, such as photocopying, data entry, filing and record keeping.
- To participate in quality improvement plan for continual improvement in quality system (ISO), product and services.
- Assist the Administration Officer in the execution and controlling of the office services programs to ensure the effective procurement, integration and maintenance of administrative services toward the smooth running of the business operations.
- To participate in any company activities pertaining to training, fire fighting and safety and health.
- To carry out any task instructed by the management / Managing Director as and when required.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
