Job description
- Support administrative management and coordination of related administration functions.
- Maintain, complete and up to date records and documents for all office supplies and staff asset tracking.
- Organize and ensure office in proper conditions.
- Enter customer payments and track all money received into systems on a daily basis.
- Prepare invoice, credit note & debit note to customer
- Reconcile account every end of month to ensure tally with debts customer.
- Update report daily basis to ensure all the operation run smoothly.
- Assist in administration task and perform other support functions as assigned by superior.
- Good knowledge in automotive is an advantage

**Job Requirement**
- At least Diploma in Accountancy/Business Admin/Public Admin with 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Work as a team player and ability to build good working relationship with Management and employees.
- Must have valid driving licensed (D/DA).
