Accounts Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Assist HOD to complete weekly / monthly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
- Check on petty cash returns from branches and process reimbursement.
- Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
- Assist HOD in office admin duties.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
**Requirements**:
- Possess **at least LCCI Accounting level 2**, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- **Min. 4 years hands on experience in Accounts works**.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Hands on with accounting software (UBS/ Autocount)
- Good working knowledge in MS Excel
- Punctual, organized and able to multi-task.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
