**As the Analytics & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the performance measurement across online & offline channels for the South ASEAN Hub (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei & Indonesia). You will help to build a future ready marketing organization and are important to addressing business questions and drive growth through people centric and data-driven insights.**

**What you will do**:

- ** Drive evidence based decision making**:

- ** Lead key strategic initiative of marketing investments performance analytics in the hub**:

- ** Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and insights for actionable recommendations to the business**:

- ** Deliver insights for conversion optimization strategies, with the aim of improving efficiency in the commercial teams and increasing return on investment**:

- ** Use statistical and predictive modelling techniques to forecast future trends, growth and drive value creation (Marketing Mix Modelling - ROI)**:

- ** Collaborate across functions and silos on optimization recommendations, other growth opportunities.**:

- ** Omnichannel performance benchmarking and advising on key metrics based on performance analysis**:

- ** Opportunity identification to innovate new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure**:

- ** Own and lead improved and robust measurement of**:

- **Campaign, Marketing and Media - ACPL measurement, Optimisation and Pre flight testing**:

- ** People - Panel, Brand tracking, CRM 1st Party Data**:

- ** New data sources/ non traditional data - Establishing Applicability, feasibility of such data as inputs to answer business questions**:

- ** Produce significant marketing metric dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights**:

- ** Performance monitoring & reporting**:

- ** Monitor & track key performance metrics when it comes to brand (Kantar BHT / Home Panel) and product (BASES / Line Price Optimization).**:

- ** Provide ongoing education and insight into the performance of specific channels and their role in the overall mix from creative effectiveness to advanced segmentation and omnichannel thinking.**:

- ** Performs other duties as assigned**:

- ** Complies with all policies and standards**

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor's degree or Masters in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Economics), Business Administration or Quantitative Methods/Statistics**:

- ** Proven track record as an insight / analytics practitioner with expertise in digital/ media analytics, brand and communications insights in a media/ digital/ research agency; in-house experience would be a plus**:

- ** Proficiency in digital marketing tools that would enable impactful brand experiences and market research methods.**:

- ** Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate data-driven findings which allows you to influence across all levels and functions**:
