What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?Collaborate with stores through on-site visits to devise impactful solutions, including campaigns and training programs, aimed at elevating sales performance.Develop training materials and conducting effective training programs according to company strategiesIdentify and develop training needs and develop training strategies for business partners, resellers and end users personnel.Maintain, plan and records routing framework, and to continuously enhance competencies to increase performance & productivityTake accountability for FF GTM for new product launching and campaigns to ensure the deliverables and KPI are achievedIdentify, track and review potential stores / low performance and to execute necessary counter measure and training respectively.Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the company for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop and deploy programs.

Be Our Field Force ExecutiveAs a Field Force Executive, you'll be on the front lines, working with stores to amp up sales through cool solutions and training programs. Take charge of launching new products, spice up the campaigns, and turn around low-performing stores with your proactive approach Who Are We?CompAsia is a digital and technology company that provides end-to-end solutions for certified pre-owned devices focusing on the mobile phone life-cycle value chain. Our focus is on delivering a mobile phone lifecycle experience not limited to Trading, Financing and Insurance. What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?Individuals that are able to travel within Klang ValleyDiploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.At least 1 year of working experience.Candidates with experience in mobile device sales will be an added advantage.Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.Fast learner, able to multi-task, time management, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong verbal and written English language.Good working attitude and willing to learn.Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays.
