Position Overview
We are looking to hire an awesome Marketing Manager (MY) based in Kuala Lumpur with exceptional fluency in English and Bahasa.
In LittleLives, we are seeking a dynamic and multi-talented intern to take on this marketing role in our organization. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an active pipeline of marketing efforts and leads generation pipeline to bring the company to next level. This unique position provides a diverse range of tasks and opportunities for growth.
**Start Date**: ASAP
- Lead Generation
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, aiming to attract potential customers and create sales opportunities.
Brand Awareness
- Elevate the brand’s presence and visibility through strategic marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with partners, or third-party agencies to widen the brand’s reach and recognition.
Content Creation and Social Media Management
- Craft compelling and consistent content across various platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s identity and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for content creation and dissemination.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a social media calendar, ensuring regular and engaging content postings.
Community Building and Event Management
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, or seminars to promote the brand and generate leads.
- Engage in networking to establish partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Market Research and Collaboration
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and outcomes, and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as required.

**; Requirements**:
- Graduates in diploma / degree in Marketing, International Marketing, International Business, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and brand awareness principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics.
- Strong data management and research skills.
- Basic knowledge of data management technique (Microsoft Excel) is required.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative, innovative, and adaptable to new learning technologies.
