**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for various daily accounting and finance activities for accounts receivables, accounts payable, cash and bank and fixed assets.
- Check suppliers invoice and claims by matching with purchase order, delivery order, work orders and approved contracts.
- Responsible for daily data entry into accounting system.
- Issue invoices to customers and prepare payments to suppliers/ contractors.
- Assist and prepare monthly journals and reports for monthly closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with various departments on account receivables and account payables related matters.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors and tax agent for audit and tax requirements.
- Handle all tasks assigned by management from time to time.
- Handle any other ad-hoc task assigned by Management.
