Finance Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in monthly account closing. Manage full set of accounts mainly Account Payable and Bank reconciliation.
- To ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
- Managing risk, and supervising cash flow management to ensure sufficient funds for operation at all times
- Assist in data gathering and analysis of financial statements.
- Preparation of monthly financial report
- Assist in yearly budget and monthly forecast figures
- Assist in preparing the annual report and documents required for audit purposes
- Assist on ad hoc assignments or any other related task as directed from time to time
- Maintaining and updating finance/accounts and documents.
- Liaise and cooperate with other executives/managers/any other personnel in the company as needed in order to accomplish your task.
- To carry out any other related task as directed from time to time

**; Requirements: - Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of experience / Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks
- PC literate and good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Those with experience in Quickbooks accounting software will be preferred
- Preferably with good knowledge in book-keeping and vendor payments (A/P Payable)
- Knowledge of the Malaysia Tax system
- General ledger accounting is preferred
- Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and business processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented and proactive to problem-solving
- Willing to travel and work in Kota Damansara
