**Responsibilities**:
- Offer administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness.
- Prepare legal documents e.g. sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, loan agreements.
- Manage communication with clients, witnesses etc.
- Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Handle contact lists.
- Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars.
**Requirements**:
- Some working experience preferred.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word).
- Secretarial and organisational skills.
- Positive mindset and attitude.
