_**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- Reporting to Finance Director in Process Transformation, to drive and deliver improvement in the Operation processes based on the Group ERP system.
- Collaborate and work closely with IT and other Operation department to investigate, formulate and execute the project deliverables,
- Able to carry out fieldwork independently including Process walkthrough, identifying and defining more efficient working processes for the Operation,
- Report in a timely manner project status. Ensure project planning tracking and timely fulfilment,
- Escalate for management alert decision whenever suitable with a clear description of the issue and proposal for solution or mitigation.
- **REQUIREMENT & COMPETENCIES**:_
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience,
- Mandarin Speaker
- Having working experience in Costing Management or Process Transformation or Project Management or Change Management or sizable Audit Firm is an advantage,
- Strong analytical skills and process-centric mindset,
- Independent, unafraid to make decision and hungry to learn,
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills and influencing skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
