Finance & HR Executive Salary Range from RM

Responsibilities:

Responsible for AR, AP and cash management.

Ensure all transactions are properly documented, authorised and recorded.

Support on monthly and annual financial closing, accurate financial statements and reports.

Preparation of management accounts and other financial reporting.

Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax and secretarial agents to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.


Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control, risk management, corporate governance requirements.

Filing and documentation.


Support full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, recruitment, training and development, employee welfare and benefits, compensation and discipline issue.

Ensure regulatory and ethical guidelines are followed when handling employee data.


Drive and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the level of services by reviewing and revising operational processes, policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions as well as suggests and introduces key improvement plan.

Handle basic administrative duties, including travelling arrangements, and any ad-hoc assignments to support the corporate function.

Requirements:

ACCA or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience in preparing full set of financial statements in accordance with FRS/IFRS will be an advantage.

Fluent in English communication, both verbal and written.

Good analytical and judgemental skills.

Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.

Able to work both independently and in team, and follow up tasks delegated.

High level of integrity, discipline, effective communication skill and self-motivated.

Able to work in high pressure environment.
