1. Translate and Prepare Claim Reports
2. Translate Technical Amendment Content
3. External Announcements to Japanese Customers on Technical & Sales Related Issues
5. Deal with Japanese Suppliers

1. Translate and Prepare Claim Reports from Japanese to English and vice versa accurately
2. Prepare comprehensive claim reports in both languages
3. Assist in handling technical amendments and revisions in documentation, manuals, and other technical materials
4. Translate technical content from Japanese to English and ensure clarity and accuracy in the translated materials
5. Translate and make external announcements to Japanese customers on Technical and Sales related issues
7. Deal with Japanese Suppliers - serve as a liaison between the organization and Japanese suppliers
8. Communicate and negotiate with Japanese suppliers to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues
9. Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English for internal coordination, including collaborating with team members and participating in meetings
- ** Requirement**:
- Diploma or above
- Language : Both writing and speaking skills of Japanese (N1 or equivalent, cert is not required) & English
- Work experience at furniture related company
- Able to start work immediately
- ** Other Language**: Malay, English, Japanese
- ** Benefit**:

- Basic salary : RM 5,000 - RM 8,000
