_**Requirement**:_
- At least 2 years of working experience in florist industry.
- Desire to build a career in floral industry.
- Proactive attitude in completing tasks, finding new ways to resolve issues, and supporting team members across all business functions.
- Able to work overtime during peak season.
- Ability to speak and write English, Malay, and Chinese is a plus
- Able to commute to and work in George Town, Penang.
- Working hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm
- 6 working days a week.

- **Job Scope**_
- **Floral Arrangement**:Prepare and floral arrangements for our customers.
- **New Design Launching**: Great sense of creativity and new trend with the ability to design new flower arrangement to boost store sale.
- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect flowers, offering recommendations, and answering inquiries regarding flower options and care.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage and control our inventory, including fresh flowers, wrapping papers, ribbons, vases, and other accessories. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
- **Floral Incoming and Quality Control**: Process incoming of fresh cut flowers with proper care, maintenance and storage. Ensure the quality and freshness of all floral products by regularly inspecting flowers for wilting or damage and promptly removing any compromised items from inventory.
- **Outdoor Event, Workshop and Event Support**:Provide floral arrangements for events, including weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings, as required. Besides, assist florists during workshop and station at outdoor.
- **Floral Knowledge**: Stay updated on current floral trends, seasonal flowers, and emerging design techniques that may bring value to the business.
- **Delivery Coordination**: Responsible for coordination of flower delivery including communicate with customers on delivery status, arranging transportation for flower delivery and post-delivery follow ups.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with administrative duties such as record-keeping, scheduling, and order tracking to ensure smooth store operations.
- **Workspace Cleanliness**: Keep the workspace clean and tidy.
- **Other Assignment**: Prepare to take on additional assignments from time-to-time when assigned by superior or management.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
