**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties such as issuing DO/INV, filing, photocopying and data entry.
- Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries on products and services warranties.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints (if any).
- Any ad-hoc task from Superior.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in administrative works.
- Good oral and written skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power-point, and MS Word.
- Positive attitude and confident team player.
