- Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions tailored to the needs of the real estate industry.
- Utilize a variety of tools and platforms including PowerApps, Power BI, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners to leverage best practices and resources.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders, including training and support as needed.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from conception to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital solutions and identify areas for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital solutioning, with a focus on the real estate industry / project management domain preferred.
- Proficiency in M365 (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) with understanding of BIM working principles. Knowledge in Primavera and Softools is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker, Power BI, etc.) preferred.
