Credit Control Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist in timely collection and follow up on customers payment issues
- To handle customer enquiries and take appropriate action to resolve any outstanding payment or related issue
- Send reminders to customers on a timely basis
- Communicate and work closely with superior and teammates to follow up on collection and achieve department goals
- Adhere to company guidelines, policy and management directives
- Any other related tasks assigned from time to time
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- At least 1-2 years related working experience in related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organized, independent and self-motivated.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
