Credit Management Staff Specialist

Deine Aufgaben
- To be responsible for Global customer portfolio for the Business Unit in terms of collections and credit risk management.
- Manage a team of ~ 8-9 people.
- Understanding of financial statements (PL, Balance sheet)
- Drive an effective and efficient collection and credit management process.
- Being able to identify risks in financial analysis and raise them for attention.
- Preparing report and analysis to drive improvement on credit risk, and overdue.
- Drive process improvements to current collection and credit management process.
- To be responsible for Global customer portfolio for the Business Unit in terms of collections and credit risk management.
- Manage a team of ~ 8-9 people.

Wen wir suchen
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- At least 8 years' experience with expert knowledge in analysis of financial statements.
- Knowledge of the OTC / Q2C process will be an advantage.
- Well-developed communication, presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to persuade, convince, influence other co-workers.
- Required language(s): Mandarin due to support APAC region.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Georgetown.
- Experience in people management or Sales environment is an advantage.
