DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for analyzing fiscal matters and preparing, submitting and managing tax statements and returns for businesses and clients.
  • Supervise the analysis, summarization and maintenance of general ledger accounts and develop the chart of accounts for the entity.
  • Check the data of sales tax/ input tax/ output tax, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting & other tax requirements.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the function including review of all payments, processing related to suppliers and maintenance of payment records and fixed asset register
  • Assist to liaise with external auditors, bankers and third party advisors and support the year-end financial audit, providing audit files where required by the external auditors.
  • Provide guidance to direct reporting staff in the development, analysis & preparation of reports in line with the established policies and procedures, review accounting reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the preparation, verification and maintenance of payroll records & reports to ensure the payroll is processed timely in line with due authorization from authorize signatory.
  • Oversee and manage monthly payroll administration activities to ensure that all payroll transactions and deduction are properly accounted for.
  • Able to perform any other assignments related to duties as and when required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field
  • Matured & high confident level
  • Meticulous and details working ethics
  • Work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Having multitasking skills
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt in fastpacing environment
  • Knowledge and experience in Healthcare/Hospital would be an advantage

Salary:
From RM2,500.00 per month
