The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing team productivity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Service Management: Provide guidance and direction to the sales team on day-to-day sales-related matters, drive consistent high sales performance, and ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- People and Productivity Management: Lead, plan, and manage the team's sales and service efforts to achieve business objectives, oversee daily management of the branch, and maintain staff engagement and productivity.
- Franchise Building: Identify cross-sell opportunities, expand new customer base, and promote referrals from existing customers.
- Governance and Control: Manage audit findings, ensure sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Degree in banking and finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in an RM role and experience in branch banking with exposure in sales and service aspects.
- Exhibits leadership and management skills that inspire high performance from staff.
- Customer-oriented approach in problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory framework.
