**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with student activities and recording of budget utilization.
- Handling accommodation info deck on FB and inquiries.
- Assist with major events organized by the department (pre
- and post-event).
- Handling MS Forms and other online forms i.e. locker rental, parking sticker services, submission, and collecting documents, and ECA related-forms.
- Assist with other ad-hoc and office tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
- Based in Seremban.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to commit for 6 months.
- Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
