Our APAC GBS supports a **hybrid** working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.

**About Role**

In this role you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across the business including our GBS teams in Lisbon and Bogota, including internal/external stakeholders to support the ongoing business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintenance, and support of the organization's network infrastructure
- Provide technical end-user support, performing troubleshooting, and resolving network issues
- Optimize server capacity and performance to keep up with demand in network traffic
- Work closely with Senior Network Technical team and relevant IT team, on relevant projects, and ensure that the network keeps running with no constrains to our clients
- It will be expected your technical expertise and knowledge of network protocols and technologies that will be critical to give the best response to any critical problem

**To excel in this role you will**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of multivendor network/security hands on experience
- Knowledge with multivendor network design, Fortinet, Aruba or Cisco CCNA, CCNP will be highly desirable
- Knowledge of network security, including Firewalls, VPN, and Access Controls
- Knowledge on network automation and IaC concepts will be a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills.
