Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- As a cashier, creating invoice using POS system
- Performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently.
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Preparation of sales invoices, payment voucher and relevant supporting documents.
- Maintain petty cash and staff claims on a timely basis.
- Update cash book on daily basis.
- Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.
- Others job that will given from time to time that suitable to the job scope.
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
