Admin Assistant

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, take minutes and supports visitors.
- Assist in various operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel etc
- Assist team from various department which may be related to sales and marketing activities
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Assist on maintaining contact lists
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
**Requirements**:
- SPM, STPM, Diploma in any relevant field
- Good skill in communication, resourceful and problem solving.
- Fluent in English and BM.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply. Applicant with some administrative assistant experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
