**Job Requirements**:

- Must have minimum 1 year of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and car ownership will be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.

**Job Roles**:

- Keep abreast of market developments and trends to ensure our products and services are relevant and competitive.
- Ensuring management and execution of leads to meet sales volume KPI and develop high penetration rate in serviced areas.
- Execution of sales processes to ensure hassle-free services for business partners.
- To meet the Individual or Team KPIs set by the Management in line with company goals.
- To work with any changes of process flow and implementation of campaigns from the management.
- Servicing, and recruiting of new and existing Agents to explore new business opportunities.
- Perform analysis and provide feedback on used cars pricing request based on vehicle market value.
- Assist in car inspections upon request.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue.
- Work closely with various related departments in line with company processes and standards.

To fulfil any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
