Ui/ux Designer

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
- Familiarity with web and mobile design trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Collaborative and open to feedback, with a willingness to work in cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research to identify user pain points, preferences, and behavior to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, such as buttons, icons, and navigation, to establish a cohesive user experience.
- Optimize user flows and information architecture to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and design innovations to continuously improve UI/UX designs.
- Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure the design vision is translated accurately.
- Advocate for the user's perspective in design discussions and challenge assumptions to achieve user-centric solutions.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
