Account & Admin Executive

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Performs account & administration duties.
- Dealing with initial inquiries on behalf of the department including letters, postage, faxes and telephone calls.
- To prepare day to day book keeping entries including cheques, payment voucher, official receipt, sales report and petty cash voucher.
- To ensure proper filing of documentation.
- Execute any task assign by Manager
- Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking
- Able to work under pressure occasionally to meet certain deadline
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
**_Requirements: _**
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language (s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill (s): Microsoft office, Autocount Software & SQL or any work-related skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
