Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia MOHD SAFWAN & CO Full time

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers for order, payment and receipts arrangement and obtaining relevant information.
- Assist in any other accounting and admin related work and assignments given by immediate superior.
- Ensure all deadlines for reporting, returns and submission are met.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers etc.
- Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma in Administration or related fields with professional qualifications.
- Working Experience in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Executive are preferred.
- School leavers or Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Intermediate level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
- Good in organizing works and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Able to work as a team and take the initiative to learn and contribute

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
