**Role Description**
- This is an internship role for an Account Admin at EDUK8U.
- As an Account Admin intern, you will be responsible for tasks such as finance management, accounting support, customer service, account reconciliation, and account management.
- This is an on-site role located in Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur. (KL Eco City opposite of Mid valley)

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with account setup and maintenance for clients or customers.
- Support account managers with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients regarding their accounts.
- Help monitor and track account activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving account management processes.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to account performance.
- Learn and become proficient in using relevant software and tools for account management.
- Support the account team in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather insights into market trends and customer behavior.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
