**Job Title : Accounts & Admin Executive**
Company : SPACES REIMAGINED BY KHOR DESIGN (INTERIOR DESIGN STUDIO)
Salary Range : MYR2,200.00 To MYR4,500.00
Location : Remote, (Option to work physically in Johor Bahru)
**Looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our established interior design firm**
[Company Name] is seeking a skilled Accounts & Admin Executive to provide comprehensive support for our daily operations. You'll be responsible for managing both administrative tasks and accounting functions, ensuring a smooth workflow for our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts**:
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Create and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare invoices and statements for clients
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with payroll and tax preparation (as needed)
- **Administration**:
- Provide administrative support to the design team
- Manage client inquiries and communications
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare presentations and proposals
- Maintain project files and documentation
- Order office supplies and equipment
- Oversee office upkeep
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong accounting software skills (QuickBooks Online a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
