**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Assist in handling billing, invoicing, and data entry in the accounting system(UBS).
- Assist in handling office general administrative.
- Assist in maintaining proper filing and housekeeping of accounting record.
- Assist in accounting data entry, bookkeeping, familiar with UBS and Autocount.
- Required to carry out other duties and job functions as may be assigned when the need arises (Ad-hoc tasks)
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Students must currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Management, Administration or equivalent.
- Initiative and proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and possess written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiar with accounting software will be added advantages.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
