JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support project admin to prepare tender document for technical and non-technical specification.
2. To set appointments / facilitate the meeting with relevant stakeholders.
3. To update and maintained the tender record for pre and post project as when required by project admin.
4. Any other CGC and SOT-PMO activities / administrative task assigned by supervisor from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. Minimum Diploma in Office Management / Business / Economics and other related education field.
2. Minimum 1 year handling incoming and outcoming document.
3. Have good exposure in document writing.
4. Computer literate well-versed with Microsoft Office.
5. Good communication skills and must be able to communicate in English.
6. Aggressive, highly motivated, committed, and hardworking.
7. Able to interact with levels of people.
