**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining, repairing installation of air conditioning systems and servicing of all facilities and equipment including maintenance of all plant record and logbooks.
- Perform operational, preventive maintenance tasks and corrective work as instructed and in accordance with written orders.
- Perform task independently, safety and within the established man-hour budget.
- Monitors contractors engaged by the company for maintenance and rectification works.
- Assist in the implementation of quality assurance program.
- Order for replacement of equipment parts as required, perform repairs as ordered, and keep record of servicing on equipment.
- Comply with company rules and regulations and adhered to company standards.
- Perform others duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Certificate in air conditioning or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of working experience as an air conditioning technician.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal), strong analytical skill and problem solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge in MS Office and Excel.
- Good work attitude, flexible, able to work independently and willing to take on challenges.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
