**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Executive to join our team. They must responsible for managing the financial health and stability of the company while maximizing profitability and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Identify and assess financial risks, including market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements. Oversee internal and external audits and liaise with regulatory authorities as needed.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations and maintains sufficient funds for operational needs and growth initiatives.
- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices. Collecting and reviewing data for reports.
- preparing bank reconciliation statements, reviewing financial and statistical reports.
- Update internal systems with financial data, Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Manage the budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically.
- Preparing balance sheets, entering data into the system and updating financial records are some of the tasks involved.
- Manage the Petty Cash Fund and keep an accurate daily record of all cash transactions.
- Purchasing/ procurement process of acquiring goods and services.
- Needed to spot check all the transactions and inventory once a month.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Extensive experience in finance or accounting roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data.
